Polyphenol based products
Our objective in Research Aim 1.2 is to develop new high-value products based on polyphenols and lignins extracted from grape marc.
We will ensure that the processing steps do not adversely add to the waste produced, by using Green Chemistry approaches.
We will employ novel methodologies to capture the views of consumers on issues that affect their purchasing choices and waste management.
